"The food was outrageously good, and the young fella who doubled as barman/waiter also had an incredible knowledge of the wine cellar. Desert was similarly impressive and thoughtfully creative. Then the whisky. The restaurant happens to adjoin a bar and they shared a huge whisky cellar of over 350 bottles. And our friend the barman/waiter tested us on our favourites and delivered a sample of bottles to the table to help us select a dram.
